MadeinAmerica.com Responds to the President’s Call to Raise the Skillset of American Workers

With seven million jobs available nationwide, MadeinAmerica.com encourages the U.S. manufacturing industry to join their commitment for training and education

INDIANAPOLIS (MAY 29, 2019) – American business owners have always found solutions when facing challenges. The challenge in today’s booming economy is to find skilled workers to fill an increasing number of open jobs. Recognizing this, President Trump established the National Council for the American Worker in July of 2018. The Council is asking companies and trade groups to educate, train and reskill American students and workers. So far, the pledge has led to a nationwide commitment of 8.9 million new education and training opportunities over the next five years.

As one of the staunchest supporters of American jobs and made in the U.S.A. products, MadeinAmerica.com encourages U.S. businesses, both large and small, to join this movement and to sign The Pledge to America’s Workers.

“Playing an active role in our local communities through education and training, not only for current employees but also for future ones, is exactly in line with our drive to build a prosperous future for our families and country,” said MadeinAmerica.com President and CEO Don Buckner, Sr. “With our inaugural Made in America event coming up this fall, we invite like-minded companies and individuals to take advantage of this platform and share their own ideas and opportunities for training and education. We invite everyone to learn more about what we can do to bring renewed prosperity to all Americans at this significant historic event.”

Businesses who are ready to make the commitment in signing The Pledge to America’s Workers can do so here. Companies or individuals interested in educational and speaking opportunities in front of Made in America 2019’s audience of 30,000 attendees should contact [email protected]
